i have to wonder sometimes exactly how a person has become so mind blowingly dull. what do these people do and think? what makes them tick? should i talk to them and ask them questions about hobbies, friends, etc?

fuck no. why should i have to put in all the effort? i'm not the boring one! why should i take the time? they're the ones who should be doing that.

your first impressions tell you a lot. look at who your own good friends are. did you think any of them were dull when you first met them?
